Course Content

Based on the article: What makes a Good Paediatric Audiologist? - Jane Madell, Hearing in kids. Feb 2016 (www.hearinghealthmatters.org.) Looking at the back to basic principles needed as a successful paediatric audiologist. The paediatric population is very different to adults and require a very specific skill set and approach when it comes to paediatric audiology. This course sets the foundation for further talks aimed at paediatric audiology.

Paediatric assessment case studies presented highlighting possible pitfalls and the impact of these on the long term management of the paediatric client.

This course will look at the basic principles necessary for successful paediatric hearing aid fittings.

New modules are launched each quarter, which allows Audiologists to grow their Continuing Medical Education program continuously. Please note that access to the Unlimited CPD/CME Online Medical Education is linked to an active subscription. Subscriptions are active for a 12-month period from the date of purchase, after which it can be renewed.
